Shipping & Returns


Decal items are not stock items, they are made only when an order is received, therefore most orders ship in 3 - 5 business days for standard  decals. Custom work, design changes, etc. can add additional time before shipping.



Once your order is handed over to the Postal Service (verified by Tracking Info) it is out of our hands and the responsibility of the Postal Service.

Phoenix Graphics is not responsible or liable for the actions of the Postal Service, including but not limited to: Damaged that occurs during shipping, Lost orders, Late Orders, Incorrectly delivered Orders, or Stolen Orders.

Any problems concerning late or lost delivery would need to be addressed with the Postal Service and not Phoenix Graphics. Please contact your local Post Office with your Tracking Information.

Should you order arrive damaged, you would need to take the item and package to your local Post Office and file a claim for the damage.

If your order is returned to us by the Postal Service due to Incorrect Address Provided By The Customer, No Such Number, Unable To Forward, Incomplete Address, or other related issues there will be an additional shipping charge to correct the address and re-ship the order.



Decals / Stickers are Not Stock off the shelf Items, they are "Custom Made" per your order, it is for that reason "All Returns are Charged A 20% Stocking Fee".

Decals / Stickers are returnable as long as they are still New and not damaged

 Refund amount is for the Purchase Price of the Item minus the Shipping Charges.

Decals / Stickers being returned for a Refund or Exchange, Must Be Received Within 14 Days from the date of delivery

Any item received after the 14 Day Period Will Not Be Accepted and Will Be Returned to the customer.

A Return Authorization is Required for all returns. If no Return Authorization Number is issued the item will be returned to the customer.

Decals / Stickers with Design changes, Text Changes, Altered design, Custom design, etc. are NON REFUNDABLE

Decals / Stickers 8" in size or larger Can Not be Exchanged or Returned

It is the customers responsibility to read and understand the Trems & Conditions of their purchase and to ask questions prior to purchase.
